Domestic Goddess Strikes Again! Nigella Lawson Present Cooking in a Hurry - Nigella Express!!
Regardless if you have a significant other or are going it alone or with a roommate, coming home at the end of a l o n g day facing the frig wondering what you are going to have for dinner, suddenly makes even cereal, oatmeal or even oreos look appealing.

Never fear, Nigella is here to rescue you from unappetizing meals eaten from a can or carton or bag with her latest book Nigella Express! Thankfully Feteafete.com blogger, Tami turned me onto this book as I was facing a diet of frozen diet meals (not that I need the diet but it was that or Ben & Jerrys!)
There’s also an interview with Nigella Lawson on Glam.com
Here’s an excerpt of the Q&A by Amy Gurvitz. Her answers are very interesting given her being one of the best kitchen, cooking, domestick goddess experts around.

Do read the rest of Tami’s blog as there is a recipe there that had me drooling — looks easy too!
