FAT RANT Makes Huge Hit on YouTube.com

Have you ever heard of the Joy Nash, the author, creator and performer of the FAT RANT video on YouTube? If not, you are in for a treat -- and perhaps a wake-up call. Because it's truly about bodies, fashion and style is NOT about one size fits all. Truthfully it's about loving yourself, being healthy and knowing what works for you. If you feel good about yourself and your size if you are a size 12 or size 20, that beats the heck out of the twig size 2 who is all worried about eating and gaining weight. Nash makes her case perfectly and it makes sense and it's logical.

I dare you-- I double dare you.. I double dog dare you to watch this video till the end and tell me that Nicole, Paris and Kate Bosworth wouldn't look a better with about 20 pounds on them. Tell me that the health of these women isn't compromised by the limited quantity of healthy food and the amount of junk food and alcohol they intake.

So my peeps.... take a good look in the mirror, just buy clothing that actually fit- Skip the worry about the number and make sure you actually TRY them on. The best thing about you is YOU -- and that you feel good about you! Take care to be a good person and generous in spirit.

Joy Nash.. I know you are in LA. I would LOVE to meet you!

I have mixed feelings about this. I agree with her about not putting her life on hold. However, I also think it's important to be healthy and part of that is keeping my weight under control. Go to any old folks' home and look around. Do you see any fat old people? Nope! I'm not saying size 0 is normal, but most doctors don't say something about your weight just for laughs or to be critical.

I so agree with you! 100%! I am so sick & tired of these bony little celebs being held up as some sort of ideal. Blech. I feel like yelling at them to "EAT A CHEESEBURGER!" LOL.
