Academy Award nominee for Best Actress in "The Wrestler", Marisa Tomei made a dazzling appearance at the 81st Annual Academy Awards in Van Cleef & Arpels. Ms. Tomei won an Oscar in the same category for her role in 1992's "My Cousin Vinny", so this return visit was made even more dramatic by her choice of gown and also jewelry.

Her stunning asymmetrical Versace gown with a selection of dramatic pieces from Van Cleef & Arpels' Heritage Collection included:

• 1941 Estate signature "Ludo" diamond and sapphire bracelet set in 18K white and yellow gold (sapphires total over 51 carats, diamonds total approximately 5 carats). The "Ludo" was designed by Renee Puissant, daughter of Alfred Van Cleef and Estelle Arpels, founders of the century-old house.

• 1960 Estate "Feuilles Caises" diamond ring set in 18K yellow gold

• 1973 Estate earrings with two carved cabochon lapis lazuli (total 28.32 carats) and diamond earrings set in 18k yellow gold
