Talk About Anger Management: A Video NOT to Be Missed!

There are days and then there are days when you just wish you could blow off a little steam at work.
However a friend/ "go to" person for tech questions about audio/video, sent me a link this this video and I am embedding it here. From the website Todays Big Thing, this is a video that you have to see. "Anger Management" doesn't begin to cover what's going on here. Watch the video at least twice so that you can catch all the details.
The music doesn't fit too well but the events of this surveillance video are shocking!

Makes you wonder how long it took for them to
1) call the police
2) clean up the place
3) fire him.

Hoping that you *never* have a day like that!!

Hi Stevie, Well what can I say?
I would say to a potential patient that it was "OK to be angry, it's what we do with it that is the hard part, it can and is a very destructive emotion but if managed well it can be quite positive."
I think this guy has well and truly 'lost it' I wonder if the place of work has considered 'Conflict Management training'.
