Well Above Average’s Stella has joined in on the blog carnival for Drugstore.com

Stella has some typical choices (stuff I buy too but I figure that everyone can find that stuff even at the market) but her more interesting choices are things that tell me 1) something about her that I didn’t know like that she still uses the Fallene Clear Sunblock (which didn’t quite work as well for me at the time we first discovered it at the Makeup Artist Magazine Trade Show in Pasadena at least 8 years ago.
If you are seriously in need of sunblock and a really great one, this is one to check out.

While Stella indicated that I went for the “more exotic” items (do you really want to know what vitamins and supplements I take?), I really do check out the more interesting new things for less money when possible along with toothbrushes and other sale items on my list. I also buy items that I want to test out — and find out if they really are as good as the ads say or others indicate.

I am with Stella about being very conscientious about shipping costs and I find I buy MORE when I can get free shipping but when that $25 dollar free shipping promotion happens, I am all into drugstore.com because I am a firm believer in stocking up— when it saves me money, time and gas!
