Heidi Klum pulled off the world's shortest dress - with the world's best legs. The Marchesa dress along with Lorraine Schwartz necklace in platinum diamond and ruby necklace that is gives new meaning to the words "statement jewelry".

Winner: 3.5 stars Heidi Klum (points off for the shortness of the dress, the monchromatic make-up)
