Celebrity Fitness Pro Kathy Kaehler has a slew of clients that would rock your world (it does mine!) and they all look amazing. In talking to Kaehler about fitness and healthy eating is that you can start a fitness program today-- as in right now. It doesn't require 60-90 minutes at one time. Break it up into 10-20 minute blocks. Stand up and do 25 jumping jacks. Walk across the floor doing lunges. Think about folding laundry and doing squats. One of the suggestions that Kaehler recommends is her new eating plan of 90/10: 90% healthy, colorful foods that are one step from the source (fresh vegetables, fruits, etc) and 10% treats -- like Breyer's Smooth and Dreamy ice cream and ice cream treats.
