Nuke The Flab-- Get Fit with TNT-- Team in Training-- to Benefit Cancer Research!

Cancer strikes so many unexpectedly-- treatment is important and research equally so. There are so many cancers that you don't often hear about
Since 1988, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has organized "Team In Training." This program has changed lives, helped individuals achieve personal goals and most of all, raised over $800 million dollars for cancer research.

Bringing together individuals from all walks of life, "Team In Training" helps each person prepare for a full marathon run (or walk), a 100-mile century bike ride or a triathlon, all with the help of professional coaches. With an ultimate goal of raising money for cancer research, this program has had over 340,000 participants since its start in 1988.

For the 2008 season, it's so easy to join-- just attend a local meeting to sign up and be prepared to change the lives of many- including your own. The program culminates in a June, 2008 event in California, saving lives one mile at a time.
