Want a Terrific Summer Cocktail Sans Alcohol? Try this Virgin Mojito Recipe!

I love Mojitos but depending on what and how much I have eaten, it affects what and how I can drink. So for those days when you want to savor the flavor or summer, try this Virgin Mojito recipe that I found on the Beauty Tips Page of CynthiaRowland.com

Cynthia found this recipe at FoodandWine.com and showed it to me. The recipe makes one serviing so I suggest you mix up an appropriate size pitcher or small canister of this because it's going to be popular!

Ingredients

15 mint leaves
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Ice
4 ounces chilled ginger ale
Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint, sugar, lime juice and Simple Syrup.
Add ice, shake well and pour into a highball glass.
Top with the ginger ale.

Tasty, fast and sans alcohol. Thanks to Cynthia for the great recipe!

Also if you are going to watch BURN NOTICE tonight at 9 PM on USA, you need this drink--with or without the alcohol. It's so "Miami"
