St Patrick's Day Chocolates Are Sure to Bring Out the Irish in EVERYONE!!

woodhouse_chocolate_logo.gif

Woodhouse Chocolates has created a collection of chocolates to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with flavors to that will take you straight to Ireland.

Irish Oatmeal is a creative combination of steel cut Irish Oatmeal, brown sugar and apricots soaked in Irish Whiskey. Unusual -certainly; incredibly delicious, without a doubt. (this sounds absolutely stellar to me. When was the last time you stirred in some Irish Whiskey into your oatmeal? Now that's a great idea for a cocktail as well!)

Irish Coffee is a scrumptious coffee flavored milk & dark ganache with a whiskey cream that takes you right back to the Buena Vista where the original was invented. ( Skip San Francisco and just keep eating the chocolates!)

The Black and Tan is made up of dark chocolate covering a layer of Harp Lager ganache and layer of Guinness Stout jelly. If you've ever had its magically creamy namesake in a bar you'll love our creation.( For the true beer lovers out there, they will love this-- not instead of a "black and tan" but in addition to it)

The final piece in the set is the Bailey's Irish Cream, a mixture of luscious ganache and Baileys. Each of these pieces can be purchased six to the box or together in an assortment.

While I would ordinarily suggest getting the assorment -- because it's more cost effective, I think 4 boxes of 6 and maybe a couple extra boxes of the flavors that sound the most appealing ( Irish Oatmeal and Irish Coffee for me) to you would be a great idea.
