With all the concern about sugar-free sweetners making a person gain weight because it doesn't really give you the "mouth-feel" or satiation of something really sweet, what do you do when you want a soda? Sugar and caffeine aren't really good for you (Did you know that a cola can eat away rust and gunk on an engine? What does it do to your insides?)

Now there's something new to test out. TAVA from Pepsi is a new sparkling beverage that is sugar and caffeine-free, comes in three fruity blend flavors and also has vitamins and minerals too.

I haven't tried it yet, I haven't seen it at my local markets yet either, though it's rolling out this month. Will give you some feedback once I find it. I am sure to
1) try all flavors
2) try it in a smoothie or mixed with other juices and
3) try it as a cocktail mix
