The two brothers thought about redemption after Seven Deadly Zins but instead took to creating a heavenly chardonnay that is a kin to the Zinfandel . This Chardonnay was aged in Seven different French barrels for Seven months. Thus Mike and Dave have been redeemed!

Said to have flavors much like black cherries, ripe plum, black currant and sweet oak, with an accent of granite (or a stone type body), it is a fuller wine that is soft on the palate with fruity aromas (raspberry, black currant and black cherry) with soft vanilla. Its’ lush texture is firm in tannins.

Greater for lighter meals or to take a heavier dish and give it a fresher, lighter counterpoint, this chardonnay is unique and different.
