Want to know one thing that was disappointing? I had already booked my trip to New York City about 6 weeks earlier and then I got asked to cover this event LIVE and get to interview the models a few days before I was to leave. I was SO disappointed because this is a coup assignment and I definitely wanted it. I had an in with the makeup people because I had covered the story before.
