Working Wardrobes, an Orange County nonprofit organization helps men and women in crisis get back to work through wardrobing and career development (www.workingwardrobes.com). Their fashionable fundraiser, "Baubles, Bangles & Bags Shopping Extravaganza", takes place at the Laguna Cliffs Marriott Resort and Spa in Dana Point on March 22, 2009.

Guests will enjoy discounted shopping from over 40 vendors, flowing champagne, delicious appetizers and a fashion show featuring designer merchandise from The Hanger, Working Wardrobes' chain of upscale resale boutiques. Models will sport the stores' luxury apparel to share the trend of smart shopping through resale.

The event's guilt-free shopping supports a timely cause: helping men and women in crises get back to work. All proceeds will benefit Working Wardrobes programs and services, providing career development and wardrobe services to over 5,000 at-risk men, women and young adults each year.

"Everyone is starting to feel the blow of the economic downturn, but we see the casualties first-hand," said Working Wardrobes CEO/Founder Jerri Rosen. "More clients need our help now than ever before, and this is a great chance for women to break away for some bargain shopping, and do good work while they're at it."
