ITrain is a program of monthly training modules from the best pro trainers and it's an online website where you can pay for individual modules (or subscribe monthly/annually) and download them to your iPOD and workout. The Bikini Bootcamp is made up of 3 iSCULPT workouts and -- there's a FREE bonus workout if you sign up for a subscription. Mimi Saraiva is the trainer for this sequence of workouts but there are many trainers that work under ITRAIN founder Grace Lazenby in a variety of formats and workouts to get you fit, healthy and buff too.
