Spork Beauty Digs a New Foot Tool & We Agree It's Fab!!

Spork Beauty is one of those fab sites that has the scoop on lots of cool stuff.
We were doing a little bit of surfing through her site today and realized she was talking about a product that we had and loved and were about to feature!

It's the Artemis Heel Smoother and it's quite different than some of the other products that people are talking about.

Here's what she had to say:

Apparently the newest device for smoothing away the dead skin off your feet is a cheese grater. That just does not sound pleasant to me.

Artemis Woman has a solution for you: the Artemis Heel Smoother. It is a battery-operated, dual-speed device with interchangeable tips. The tips are made of aluminum oxide crystals. I have no idea if this is better than a traditional pumice stone, but it does a good job. My feet are especially tough and damaged due to years of figure skating. Short of a foot transplant, I don't think I will ever fully have the calloused, damaged areas of my feet fixed. But on the "normal" callouses, it does smooth them down. Dead slivers of skin kind of "peeled" off. Ok, I'm starting to gross myself out.

While I try not to think about what it does too much, it does work really well. It's like a mini-buffer/sander and it has interchangeable heads so that you can use it on heels and toes. It works really well. Do use a towel to catch all the flying "debris"

You can find it at amazon.com
