Leave it to Feteafete.com to snag the latest 411 on NARS Fall 2008 Collection! While it's labeled neutral-- it's anything but neutral. Or perhaps consider it neutral that's been juiced up with some sizzle, shimmer and shine. This *neutral* collection might cause a bit of whiplash amongst Nars-aholics (me included).
Love the shadows-- it's going to be a hard decision on which to pick.
The lip colors are silky soft and will work beautifully on their own or for more pop, use a deeper lip pencil first on the lips, filling the lips in and then slick one of these babies over your lips for that ultimate kissable look.
