Michael Buble’ Breaks Out Into Contemporary Music: New CD “CRAZY LOVE” Drops Friday 10/9/2009 with Rave Music
Michael Buble’ has been known for his contemporary presentations of pop standars. Think of songs of the 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and early 60’s as performed by Sinatra, Mel Torme, Johnny Mathis and in jazz and smooth silky vocals like his duet with Jane Monheit and you will get the pretty accurate picture of this great entertainer and amazing singer. He’s taken the time to craft a new CD that’s sure to give you pause if you give it a listen and definitely to become a favorite. He’s dug deep into various songwriters, catalogs from Ray Charles to Van Morrison to create “Crazy Love”

“I started this record knowing I was going to record it differently than my previous ones. I dug way deeper and was more introspective on this one. Basically, I sang the truth - made each song autobiographical - and you can definitely hear the difference. I went back to the way my idols made their records. I wanted an organic feel - so people could feel like they were in the studio with me. The musicians and I all sat in the room, recorded it right from the floor and we let the sounds all come together and bleed into one another. It’s not contrived. Not too perfect. It just feels really good,” commented Bublé on the recording process for “Crazy Love.”

Michael Buble isn’t all tuxs and ties, he’s a very casual person. He’s even willing to share his favorite fashion picks. (All links except for the shoes came directly from Buble’s people so this is pretty much the real deal)
1. Thin Striped Tie - This one happens to be a nifty Burberry stripe that’s counter to Burberry’s usual presentation.
2. Jeans - straight leg jeans in dark wash from the GAP!!
3. Dress Shoes are Gucci— *(I was supposed to get an image but didn’t. Based on his touring photos, he’s wearing a loafer and this is the closet thing I could find. Sue me if I’m wrong. but you need to see the see them.)
4 Casual Blazer . This one is a brushed cotton blazer from Banana Republic.
5. Black V-neck Cardigan : Express for Men— in the color black.
Haven’t Met You Yet— an effervescent, bubbly, infectious, hopeful tune about love— and if you haven’t seen it, it’s definitely worth watching more than once. It’s as close to the theme of finding the love that you are seeking.. and not being down but being hopeful and upbeat.
