Orange County's Fashion Island is the location for the 2009 Taste of Newport which draws about 75,000 people to this amazingly fun, fab and food-tastic event spread over 3 days featuring 35 Newport Beach restaurants and 15 wineries who provide samples and drinks (cocktails, wine and micro-brewery beer) . Entertainment is provided by "name brand" entertainers:
