Swarovksi Fashion Phillip Lim Presents Collection of "Disco-Punk" for the Modern Woman who Wants Style + Edge!
Having met and interviewed So. California designer Phillip Lim before, I have spent time watching his collections evolve over the seasons. As I has watched his development and growth as an established fashion designer with a significant place in the fashion world, it's a treat to see this collection. He's a much-sought after designer for both celebrities and fashionistas.

His fashions have gone from extremely feminine to uber-chic and now Lim presents a playful collection that in part works for day wear and definitely works for night-- where the Swarovski detailing is definitely evident.
This collection is distincly Phillip Lim with with some real changes. This season is a myriad of colors and particularly featuring a lot of metallic finishes and detailing. The colors range from black, grey camel, cream, animal prints (??),plaids and even color-blocking.

There are outfits in the daywear side of things I would definitely buy and many for night that I would kill to wear. Given that this is the last season at Bryant Park &--; an end to an era that Lim addresses-- his optimism at the future shows both in his interview and his design aesthete. It's nice to see that much optimism given the darkness and/or recycled trending of other collections. Phillip Lim created a dynamic collection that takes a woman of style and gives her a visionary edge. Lim hit this one out of the park (again).
